In 2015, Chinki made her international debut at the Asian Shooting Championships, where she won her first international medal by clinching Bronze at the 25 m Air Pistol at the women’s junior held at Kuwait.

Under the able leadership of coach Jaspal Rana, Chinki has been flourishing gradually by winning a gold at the All India Kumar Surendra Singh Memorial Shooting Championship 2019. In the same year she won a gold (Individual) and a silver (Team) at the National Shooting Championship
